Reiki Energy Healing

Thought to be Tibetan Buddhist in origin, is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the ancient belief in life force energy, referred to as “chi, qi or Prana”, that flows through all things. This life force energy travels throughout pathways in the body called meridians. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
